Nokia has rejoined the smartphone game recently by launching ‘android’ based phones in the market. Nokia 3, 5, 6 in last February followed by Nokia 8 a flagship phone. Now Nokia 7, a budget phone released with some good specs you won’t regret if you own it. Unfortunately, these phones are yet to available to other parts of the world, including India as it is exclusively launched for the Chinese market.
HMD-Global is the company which is behind this resurrection of Nokia. So these new Nokia phones are coming out of the new maker, not from the old Finnish MNC.
The last two models of the line namely Nokia 8 and 7 are bestowed with a ‘trendy’ camera feature. Nokia calls it as BOTHIE, apparently the re-iterated version of SELFIE. Bothie, works as a Selfie, but from both sides. The picture window will split into equal half across the length to hold two pictures from both cameras. One from the front facing and another from rear/primary camera.
Nokia’s Bothie feature also supports video recording and live streaming to social sites. It is the question soon to be answered, will it replace ‘Selfie’? We have to wait and watch.
The prospective camera feature is not yet available as an quality app on both playstore and appstore.
